I can't find it anymore! I need to get the code again aswell. All I can find under the widgets section is the Flash one urghhhhh

    http://twitter.com/goodies/

I need the code quite urgently as I don't have the two lines that go above the tag for when Twitter is down.

Surely Twitter can't have just got rid of it?? Could there be any third party ones or is it only possibly for Twitter themselves to release one? If there are any 3rd party ones I can't find them :(

No I mean the code they used to publish to let people add HTML Twitter feeds to their websites seems to have vanished :(

I do have (most of) to code to use one, but I'd prefer that they continued to maintain it just for piece of mind. It seems that only the Flash version is available now, but I think most designers (myself included) would prefer the HTML version so that they can style it however they like.

There's a rather nifty AJAX framework that does push notifications which can be made to work with Twitter if you're interested:

    Log in to Twitter.com.
    Click on "Settings"
In the "Account" tab, under the field for your URL, there is a link to add Twitter to your site.

But to avoid all of that, here is the direct link: http://twitter.com/widgets. I just used the HTML one yesterday, works fine. I don't know where you got twitter.com/goodies from...

Ahhh thanks, Im sure it wasn't working before! I even asked on another forum and someone was having the same problem. Strange, although Twitter has been playing up a lot today so maybe it was down for maintenance or something...

Actually your right. Twitter was funny that day. Shortly after I posted where the link was, I noticed that the tweets has disappeared from the site I has used the widget on.
