    Hello Experts!

My name is Peter and I runs a danish web shop, selling fair trade, organic and sustainable clothes and accessories for women.

The shop is called fairlove and it's placed here: www.fairlove.dk

After doing some user experience tests, we found out that we are missing some call to action. So this topic is free for you to propose what kind of call to actions we should have? On the frontpage? On the category or product pages?

    Thanks a lot.
    Peter

    Hi Peter,

This seems like a fairly suspicious post.

Firstly, what kind of user testing comes back with "you don't have enough calls to action" as a result - that seems like nonsense.

Also, looking at the site in question, it doesn't particularly seem to lack them.

Finally, this is your first post.

All of which leads me to worry this post is just link-spam.

Can you put my mind at rest, by responding to this post, so I at least know you're somebody real who actually uses the forum ... not just a spammer?

    Hi Rich,

Thanks for your answer. The "user testing" is both userfly and "5 seconds tests". Not real usertests, but usable to us.

I know the site is in danish, but I hoped that you could help me a little with making the layout, design more interesting/motivating to the visitors.

PS. I am not just a spammer ;-)

    (1) More spacing between the radio buttons on the product listings.

    (2) If it doesn't have a drop-down there shouldn't be an arrow in the main menu.

    (3) Instead of doing multiple levels for the drop-down try seeing if you can do a meg-drop down. Usabilities studies show those to be significantly more user-friendly.

    (4) On the product listings pages you should move the left column down to match the top of the products area, so the title has the full width to play in. Puts more focus on it.
